PI won the Golden Peacock Award for Corporate Social Responsibility (GPACSR), in fertilizer and chemicals segment, at the 14th International Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility held in Mumbai on March 4, 2020.
The coveted award is in recognition of our significant achievements in areas of social and environmental concerns in addition to economic goals. It is indeed a proud moment for us to have received this award.
Golden Peacock Awards (GPA) is a set of prestigious national and international awards designed to improve overall productivity and quality in organizations. Dr. Raman Ramachandran, MD &CEO, PI Industries Ltd. delivered a special address on ‘Board’s Strategies in Promoting innovative and sustainable CSR initiatives for inclusive growth’.
Vijay Singh, Head-CSR, received the award on behalf of PI from Let Gen J S Ahluwalia ( President IOD), Mrs. Rajshree Birla ( Director Aditya Birla Group of Companies) and Justice Cyriac Joseph, Lok Ayukta Kerala. The honor bestowed upon us, encourages us to do more and to create a positive difference by bringing meaningful change through a targeted, integrated and environmentally sustainable approach.
