PI Industries recently won two prestigious awards for its Panoli site from Frost & Sullivan.

Certificate of Merit Safety Excellence
The first one is a Certificate of Merit- Challengers Category at the Frost & Sullivan– The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) ‘Sustainability 4.0 Awards’ 2018. ‘Sustainability 4.0 Awards’ are designed to honor the efforts made by companies who actively integrate sustainability principles in to their businesses. The assessment model comprises four major parameters (4P Model) involving Purpose, Partnership, Planet and People and 13 sub-parameters. These awards were presented in three major categories: Believers, Challengers and Leaders.
The award won by PI in the Challengers category is in recognition of our adoption of sustainable development practices. It also recognizes our preparedness to respond to the emerging opportunities and risks resulting from the sustainability trends.
The second award won by PI is the Certificate of Merit for Safety Excellence. This award is based on assessment comprising 5 major parameters involving Safety Management, Process Safety, Equipment Safety, People Safety and Occupational Health and 19 sub parameters and recognizes our commitment to higher standards of safety.
The awards were presented at an impressive ceremony held at the Grand Hyatt, Mumbai on June 1, 2018. Both awards were received by Mukul Dixit, President Operations, Sandeep Mandot, Senior General Manager EHS on behalf of PI.
