PI Industries wins prestigious Golden Peacock Environment Management Award (GPEMA) for Panoli
PI won the GPEMA for Panoli (manufacturing unit) at the Annual 20th World Environment Management Congress held at an impressive ceremony in New Delhi on July 6, 2018
The coveted award is in recognition of our significant achievements in the field of Environment Management. It is indeed a proud moment for us to have received this award for the third time. Previously, we had won for our manufacturing sites at Jambusar and Panoli in 2015 and 2016 respectively.
Golden Peacock Awards (GPA) is a set of prestigious national and international awards designed to improve overall productivity and quality in organizations.
Ashutosh Singh, Vice President (Operations) received the award on behalf of PI from Dr. Arun Kumar Panda (IAS), Secretary, Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises, Government of India. He also took the opportunity to showcase our organization’s successful journey, insights and efforts in the successful management of environment for sustainability.
PI was also the Silver Sponsor at this well attended event which was organized by the Institute of Directors (IOD).
